Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice by electronic transfer without any set-off or other deduction.

Harvest Systems Support Limited is a trading name of Raycon Harvest Systems Support Limited reserves the right to make statutory charges based on the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts
Regulations 2002
on overdue account balances.

All supplied goods are invoiced upon delivery. All supplied goods with a total value of £ 10,000 (inclusive of VAT) or more are invoiced upon digital acceptance of order and due immediately.


All supplied goods remain the property of Harvest Systems Support Limited until such time as all amounts owed by the client to Harvest Systems Support Limited have been paid.

Quotations do not constitute an offer and may be withdrawn at any time prior to Harvest Systems Support Limited’s digital acceptance of the client’s order.

All quoted prices exclude VAT E & OE at current rates and are valid for 7 days. All quoted prices, specifications and delivery schedules are subject to manufacturer’s change(s) without notification. All prices exclude delivery unless specified.

Any work outside normal office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) is subject to a 50% surcharge.

In the event of a client booking installation work and/or ordering other services but subsequently cancelling the same (whether temporarily or indefinitely) then the following cancellation charges shall immediately become due and payable:

 

Harvest Systems Support Limited does not accept any responsibility for ensuring that a full backup exists prior to any work being carried out; this is the client’s responsibility and Harvest Systems Support Limited cannot accept liability for any data loss due to a lack of a recent, successful backup.

Please note that, in the event of a Major Incident or an Emergency (http://www.legislation.gov.uk) being declared, Harvest Systems Support Limited may suspend any and all Services without notice and for an indefinite period of time. Harvest Systems Support Limited cannot accept liability for any data loss due to a major incident or an emergency.

Support Services are subject to additional Terms & Conditions that are available separately on request.
